Banana Pancakes
My go-to healthy banana pancake recipe!
Welcome to my first blog post! I am super excited to share with you guys a super easy, delicious healthy recipe of pancakes! Don’t ever take yourself too seriously with your diet, and remember eating healthy can be fun. This is a recipe my mom first made for me when I was a little girl, and I hope I can one day too make the same for my kids!
Ingredients:
1 medium sized banana
2 eggs
1/4 cup quick oats
1/4 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp milk of your choice (I usually use oat milk)
Instructions:
Mix all your wet ingredients first, then stir in your dry ingredients. Heat a non-stick sauce pan with coconut oil, then carefully scoop small circles onto your pan. Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup or honey, and a drizzle of nut butter and enjoy!
